Since 2017, Paolo's Authentic Cuisine is open to public here in Calgary Alberta. Rose and Eugene, a mother-and-son duo, own Paolo's. Eugene has eight years of experience in commercial cooking and is particularly passionate about Japanese cuisine. Rose, on the other hand, has been a home-schooled chef for more than three decades.
Cooking is not just a job for us; it's a way of life that brings us joy and peace. We love hosting people in our home, and we're always delighted when our guests appreciate the taste of our cooking.
It took us five years to get this business up and running, including a lot of preparation, financial planning, and finding the perfect location to serve our guests and family.
